SLOW LOOKING TOUR: ON AGE-ING

Wednesdays | June 2 | 1-2pm PT
All ages and skill levels

Wonderful things happen when we slow down and engage deeply with works of art. Join us in an interactive session as we look closely at two artworks from our recent multimedia two-part exhibition Building Bridges: Breaking Barriers curated by Hanna Regev with the goal of addressing societal ageism.

No prior experience of the curator's or artists' talks required. The session will explore what we notice, wonder, and discover when we take the time to look closely and carefully. Bring your curiosity as we practice engaging with two artworks and share our observations, perspectives, and questions, building bridges to the art and within our community.

Guided by facilitator Suzanne Reich, this virtual one-hour gathering will look at Corey Weiner's Estelle (2018) and Naomie Kremer's From Memory (2003).
