THE PERSONALITY OF COLLAGE
WITH JEN EWING

Fridays | February 21, 28 & March 7
2:00-4:00pm
Onsite | Free

This series will help you compose, organize and present your ideas using a lighthearted process. Collage is a very freeing way to work in art because initially all is wide open for inclusion. Through cut-out pieces of paper and other materials, we will build a work that can surprise, delight or provoke us and our viewers. Reflection time will be included to share about what emerged in us. This is a great benefit of working with collage, it is like a kind of mirror. All levels of experience are welcome.

First Session: Working with the main elements on a flat surface that help set the intention for the next steps. This is the time of great discovery.

Second Session: This is the time of beginning fresh, practicing adding and subtracting while expanding ideas on additional compositions.

Third Session: Working with a shadow box we will create with additional dimension.
