THE ART OF DISABILITY CULTURE: COMMUNITY DAY

Join us to celebrate our new exhibition The Art of Disability Culture. This free, half-day event includes drop-in art making with an exhibiting artist and informal exhibition walkthroughs by RT team. Take a closer look at the exhibition, mingle, and create artworks of your own!


Self-Portrait Workshop
In-gallery | 1-3pm PST

Visitors are invited to create a self-portrait during this drop-in activity inspired by artist Bill Bruckner and his intimate portrait paintings in the exhibition. The workshop starts at 1pm with an introduction by the artist; drop-ins are welcome anytime. Learn more


Visitor Guidelines

Face masks and proof of vaccination are required for staff and adult visitors at all times in the gallery. Participants may choose to take their project to our adjacent outdoor patio where masks may be removed. Learn more about our safety measures.

Access: Ruth’s Table gallery and adjacent green space are wheelchair accessible.

ASL Interpretation: ASL interpretation is available upon request. 72 hours notice required.
