Rebecca Johnson is Senior Director for Resident Experience for Front Porch Community & Services. With nearly 15 years of leadership in senior living, she has designed and led resident-centered experiences, creative spaces and innovative programs that advance connection, belonging, purpose and well-being. Drawing on a background in both performing and fine arts, along with degrees in Communication Arts and Social & Behavioral Sciences, she champions creativity as a powerful catalyst for lifelong learning, personal growth and meaningful community. A former small business owner and lifelong patron and participant of the arts, she is dedicated to cultivating environments where curiosity inspires discovery, creativity fuels engagement and people of all ages are empowered to explore, experiment and experience the joy of continued growth and self-expression.
