NEIGHBORHOOD WALK: CORREDOR DE COLIBRÍ (HUMMINGBIRD CORRIDOR) WITH CAN!

Wednesday, October 22 | 3:00–5:00 PM
Starting at Ruth’s Table, 3160 21st Street, SF
Free

Join us for a social stroll around the block following our Creative Reuse art class with Monica Lee. Together, we’ll scope out nearby sites, share ideas and introduce key partners working with Ruth’s Table to enhance our neighborhood through nature, art, and culture.

Corredor de Colibrí is a community-informed beautification project that will plant five new street trees and install 250 square feet of sidewalk gardens along Mission Street. Funded by Avenue Greenlight and carried out by Climate Action Now! in partnership with Ruth’s Table, the project begins with simple acts of walking, looking, and talking together.

Live nearby? Have an idea to enhance the neighborhood with care and creativity? Want support getting the community involved? Come walk with us. Let's see what sparks and discuss ways you can help make a difference! All are welcome.
