Join us for the second annual Community & Connection Celebration, co-presented with the Northern California Coalition for Social Connection at UCSF. This special evening closes out Social Connection Week with activities designed to foster meaningful interaction, reflection, and joy. Expect an interactive art project, stories from program participants, and good company! Refreshments and food will be served. Open to the public—all ages encouraged to attend.

Northern California Coalition for Social Connection
at UCSF
Nandini Singh, MPH, serves as the first Coalition Director of the Northern California Coalition for Social Connection at UCSF. Passionate about bridging academia and community, she leads research, advocacy, resource sharing, and community-building efforts to address social isolation and loneliness among older adults. At UCSF’s Social Connections and Aging Lab, she contributes to study coordination, data collection, analysis, and writing. With expertise in program development, health communications, grant writing, and facilitation, Nandini is committed to advancing public health through collaboration and meaningful connection.
Front Porch Culture and Community Programs
Ruth’s Table is a Creative Engagement program of Front Porch’s Culture and Community department, dedicated to connecting generations through the arts. Through its Culture and Community initiatives, Front Porch fosters creativity, connection, and belonging. Well Connected and Well Connected Español are Connections programs designed to reduce isolation, provide enrichment, and build community for older adults—serving both English and Spanish language speakers online.
