MOVEMENT PROGRAM: ALWAYS ACTIVE

Always Active exercise class offers cardiovascular and strength training that is custom-designed to meet the needs of the participants.

Always Active helps increase energy, strength and balance while helping participants reduce and prevent diseases such as heart disease and high blood pressure.

Class meets every Tuesday at 1pm-2pm and Wednesday at 11am-12pm.
