MOVEMENT PROGRAM: BALANCE FOR BODY & MIND

Led by instructor Elena Kotenkova, this class focuses on balance and coordination, muscle strengthening and flexibility. Designed for people of all abilities, the class uses slow, gentle movements rooted in Tai Chi practice.

Class meets every Monday at 11am-12pm.
